В серии «Отражение» зеркало в серии выбрано неслучайно – в культуре это символ двойственности, что-то опасное, что может утянуть тебя по ту сторону, где все с ног на голову. Но как установить контакт с собой, если не через него? Готовы ли мы увидеть то, что неприятно, или поверить в увиденное? На такие вопросы Вера пытается найти ответ. Через изображения своего тела крупным планом и на зеркальной поверхности, мы видим, насколько представление нас о своем теле фрагментировано, искажено и противоречиво. Найдем ли мы в отражении то, что хотим? Или искать себя в двойственности зеркального отражения нельзя?

In the "Reflection" series, the mirror in the series was not chosen by chance – in culture it is a symbol of duality, something dangerous that can pull you to the other side, where everything is upside down. But how do you establish contact with yourself if not through him? Are we ready to see something that is unpleasant, or to believe in what we have seen? Vera is trying to find an answer to such questions. Through close-up images of our bodies and on a mirrored surface, we see how fragmented, distorted, and contradictory our image of our bodies is. Will we find what we want in the reflection? Or is it impossible to look for oneself in the duality of a mirror image?
